Having completed his first year successfully as a TruGreen franchisee, Mike Lethbridge has developed his business by buying his second territory; allowing him to cover Newbury and Basingstoke. As a result of the expansion, he has had to recruit more staff, buy another van and more products. So what was a man in a van operation, has now expanded into a management franchise business, something that Mike is very proud of. He hopes to continue to expand his franchise operation as his business grows. read more

I relish my role as chair of the South East regional bfa forum, where we all gather quarterly to share our knowledge, whether we have years of experience in the industry or are new to franchising.
With our burgeoning cities and market towns, being based in the South East has big advantages. Innovation and prosperity abound and our influence radiates out across the country.
