Lucky B's opens second restaurant in Glasgow
Lucky B’s has opened their second restaurant in Glasgow. Run by franchisees, Usman & Sohil, the Cardonald branch situated on the busy Paisley Road West, follows on from the success of their Giffnock restaurant.
“Absolutely delighted to announce the opening of our new restaurant in Glasgow,” said David Moffat, Director of Franchise Operations. “Today marks an incredible milestone for us, as we've been overwhelmed by hundreds of fantastic responses from our guests. Established in 2022, Lucky B’s Hot Chicken was created by best friends Giancarlo Celino and Toni Dobrenko after spending time together on holiday in USA. Giancarlo & Toni both have a wealth of experience in the food industry and have created multiple award-winning food brands from Fish & Chips, Fresh Pasta, Burgers and Pizza!
Giancarlo & Toni felt there was a real gap in the market for one of America’s most popular fast food concepts, so they spent weeks searching, tasting and frying in order to create the juiciest and most tender fried chicken on the planet!
