MB Chicken Offers Fresh New Franchise Opportunity
Mary Brown's (MB) Chicken, the premier Canadian-owned quick serve chicken restaurant brand, has launched in the UK market, with plans for rapid expansion with a select group of sophisticated franchise partners.
Founded in 1969, MB Chicken currently has around 300 locations across Canada and is growing both within North America and in international markets. As one of Canada’s fastest growing franchises, it is renowned for its Signature Chicken, Taters, Big Mary® chicken sandwich, and its popular Tater Poutine, which combines hand-cut, breaded and fried potatoes smothered in gravy and cheese.
The company prides itself on its made-fresh methodology, including hand cutting and hand breading its Signature Chicken & Taters from locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients. It has maintained the same traditional breading and seasoning recipe since 1969 using its own proprietary cooking equipment with patented technology, sealing in the chicken's natural flavours resulting in a less oily, juicy, tender, and incredibly delicious product.
MB Chicken’s first-ever store in the UK, located in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, opens on 21st February, with subsequent stores scheduled to open in 2024, including sites in Belfast, Leicester and London.
