Recently, Home Instead were delighted to once again bring together their national franchise network to celebrate their passion for care at their annual conference.

The conference saw franchise owners from across the UK along with their teams, get together again at the stunning Manchester Central Convention Centre.

Held over two days, the event culminated in a gala awards evening celebrating the success of their business and their people. There were workshops, presentations, training and keynote speakers, everyone was able to learn & develop, share best practice, engage and meet their peers.

The conference was a great opportunity to also share their vision for the future, whilst being able to celebrate the amazing achievements of the Home Instead network.

Their annual conference is just one of the ways their network comes together to celebrate their achievements and enjoy themselves. Home Instead franchisees also benefit from a strong peer support network, including regular regional meetings and referral networks between neighbouring offices.

It was certainly a year to celebrate as in 2023 numerous accolades were achieved across the franchise network, hitting a milestone 250 franchise offices, CEO of Home Instead UK & International Martin Jones MBE attended his investiture; COO Ruth Brown was named as EWiF’s Ambassador of the Year; and once again, Home Instead was named as the number one home care company in the Elite Franchise Top 100, gaining number two on the list overall.
