Property management group acquires Century 21 UK master franchise
The UK master franchise for Century 21 has been sold to Nicholas Faulkner, the owner of leasehold property management business Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd.
Nick acquired the UK master franchise for Century 21 UK from the SDL Group in April 2022. He’s keen to expand the Century 21 UK brand, its presence in the UK and to support the offices to scale in both lettings and sales.
Nick says: “There are many synergies between estate agency and leasehold management and I’d like to bring this into play between Century 21 UK and Alexander Faulkner Partnership. I am looking forward to working with franchisees and building the network.”
