CNA International franchise appoints new training and development manager
Dean Culshaw is the new training and development manager for recruitment and consultancy group CNA International. Dean joins from Lander Associates, where he provided training to the recruitment industry.
He will head up CNA’s home office and field training programme for its global network of executive search franchisees and management consultants. An experienced and qualified trainer, he has a strong international track record in sales and recruitment training, including over ten years direct experience in executive search.
‘Joining CNA International was an easy decision for me to make, says Culshaw. ‘The portfolio of offerings and wealth of talent in the network made a strong impression and convinced me of the great opportunity here.’
