World Cup rugby player works in conjunction with Premier Sport
Jason Robinson, the World Cup winning Rugby player, will share his tips to educate the importance of a healthy lifestyle to children at Gilnow Community Primary School, Bolton
The exclusive session with Jason will form part of a Chewits Sports Course, one of thousands that run daily during school holidays across the country. In conjunction with Premier Sport, Chewits created the courses to provide children with fun sporting activities, whilst educating them about the importance of exercise as part of a balanced lifestyle.
Jason has acquired a wealth of sporting knowledge during his illustrious career as an international rugby player. Playing at wing or fullback, he won fifty-one rugby union international test caps in total for England, and in rugby league he won twelve caps for Great Britain and seven for England. Undoubtedly one of the highlights of his career was playing in every game of England’s World Cup winning campaign in 2003.
The lucky children of Gilnow Primary school will participate in a Q&A session with Jason where he will demonstrate the importance of sport in his life and the role it could play in theirs to maintain a healthy regime. This will be followed by an exciting multi-sport activity delivered by Premier sport coaches, and of course, the star himself.
As a parent, Jason understands how important it is for kids to get out and stay active. Chewits sport courses provide a great opportunity for kids to enjoy a range of sports during the holidays while keeping a smile on their face. Throughout his career, Jason inspired the nation with his acceleration, side step and above all, his professionalism.
