Lancashire-based Green Shield Group have been appointed to deliver a 339.33 kWp solar PV system for New Century Foods in Scunthorpe. The bespoke system will save New Century Foods almost £40,000 in the first year of business and represent a return on investment within five years with an 82% self-consumption rate. The new solar PV installation spread across two buildings will save the business almost 150,000 kg of CO2 in Year One.

Kam Sira runs two large TaxAssist Accountants practices from shops in Barnet and Watford and has recently expanded his business further by purchasing the Stevenage franchise from Brian Alexander, who has now retired. This is the third franchise territory for Kam, who runs the practices alongside wife Sejal, and their 11 staff members, now collectively servicing over 1,400 clients.
Lancashire-based renewable energy providers Green Shield Group has announced Lee Roberts as their new commercial franchise manager.
