TaxAssist receives record new business enquiries in August

August proved to be a particularly busy time for the TaxAssist Support Centre Inbound Sales Team, who qualified over 1500 new client leads for the network.

James Mattam, Group Business Development Director, said: “Our team reported a large volume of calls from businesses owners looking to appoint an accountant last month. The number of leads we qualified in August is a record, and we were particularly busy over the bank holiday weekend. August is traditionally a quieter month, so we’re delighted with these results and excited by what the team continues to deliver for our accountants.

“We pride ourselves on the quality and effectiveness of our strategies and marketing campaigns and their ability to attract new clients for our network of practices and it’s fantastic that our campaigns have proven to be so effective.

“The in-house, Inbound Sales Team provide a service which is hugely valued by the network and is consistently one of the key sources for practice growth.”

With more than 400 TaxAssist Accountants offices nationwide, the network provides accountancy services, tax returns, payroll, bookkeeping, tax savings and tax advice to 78,000 customers including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal taxpayers.
