These awards celebrate the very best of UK franchising, recognising individuals who excel in business growth, customer service, leadership and community impact.

Jennie joined Rainbow Restoration ten years ago with little experience in restoration or franchising, yet has built a thriving business now covering two territories. Under her leadership, the business has gone from strength to strength, with more than 130% growth in self-generated revenue, impressive year-on-year results and a reputation for consistently putting the customer first.

She has built a strong, motivated team with dedicated sales and operational leadership, ensuring her business combines commercial focus with genuine care for people and service. Her success is not only measured in financial results but in the culture she has created – one where employees feel valued and customers are supported every step of the way.

Jennie’s impact extends well beyond her own operation. As a mentor to fellow franchisees and as the Midlands representative on our Franchise Advisory Council, she plays an active role in shaping the success of the wider Rainbow Restoration network. She is highly respected for her integrity, clarity and professionalism, and continues to set an example for others to follow.
