The Great British Franchisee Awards is proud to have a distinguished panel of judges: Kate Pullen - NatWest, Suki Dehal - Lloyds Bank, Carl Reader - d&t, Euan Fraser - AMO Consulting, Jane Masih - IBB Owen White, Derrick Simpson - Companion of the British Franchise Association.
Kate has been the Franchise Director at NatWest since 2018. Kate is passionate about supporting both franchisees and franchisors throughout their franchise business journey to help them develop sustainable growth.
Suki Dehal is Head of Franchising for Lloyds Bank. He has 11 years banking experience, including 6 in franchising. Suki is responsible for providing support to the Lloyds Bank Business Managers, assisting them in assessing proposals from prospective franchisees and ensuring that they have up to date information on the franchise systems operating within the UK. He works closely with franchisors to understand ongoing performance, training and support offered and any other developments that may affect the network. Understanding the benefits of franchising, Suki and his wife are now franchisees themselves, buying a Home Instead in their local area. This allows Suki to bring another perspective into the industry and to Franchisee Awards.
Carl Reader is a serial entrepreneur, chairman of business advisory firm d&t, and author of Boss It, The Startup Coach and The Franchising Handbook. He features regularly in the national press and on stage, and regularly provides content through his social media channels under the handle @CarlReader. He has helped thousands of business owners either start or grow their business by helping them understand that business isn't difficult, in language an eight year old can understand.
