FORMER RECRUITER WINS GREAT BRITISH FRANCHISEE AWARDS

Delpreet Shergill, owner of Bright & Beautiful Henley in Arden, has been recognised in this year’s whichfranchise Great British Franchisee Awards 2025.  Delpreet has been running her Bright & Beautiful housekeeping and domestic cleaning franchise since 2016.

The awards, now in their 5th year, celebrate business success and reflect the winners’ achievements in stability, growth, staff retention, customer satisfaction, community involvement, inspired leadership and their involvement in the franchise network.

It was after having her first child that Delpreet looked to take control of her career and start a business of her own. Due to the support franchising offers, Delpreet knew that it was the route she wanted to take, and, after much research, she identified Bright & Beautiful as the franchise for her.  

Delpreet’s journey began working from home, juggling family life and everyday distractions, but her hard work has allowed her to spend the last 8 years growing and developing her business, She moved initially into a local lock-up facility, before securing her own high street location. However, with a growing team of housekeepers and branded vehicles, Delpreet has recently moved into larger premises again!

The judges praised Delpreet for being a franchisee who is doing everything right! They recognised her commitment to the brand and for being a key player in the success of the Bright & Beautiful network.  She was also acknowledged for championing innovation which has helped to grow her business considerably.
