Lucky B's traces its roots back to a journey across the Atlantic, born from the shared passion and vision of best friends Giancarlo Celino and Toni Dobrenko. Their adventure began aer an inspirational holiday in the USA, where they discovered and fell in love with one of America’s staple fast-food delights: Nashville-style hot chicken.
With a rich food background and having already established multiple award-winning food ventures ranging from fish and chips to fresh pasta, burgers, and pizza, Giancarlo and Toni saw an untapped opportunity in the UK market.
The duo spent months searching for, tasting, and perfecting their chicken recipe. Their commitment to quality led to creating what they consider the juiciest and most tender fried chicken on the planet (we would say!).
Giancarlo and Toni are supported by former Hero Brands group operations manager David Moffat. David who helped grow German Doner Kebab (GDK) to 100-plus sites foresees similar growth potential for Lucky B's. "When I joined GDK it had nine sites and when I left it had more than 100. If we get it right, we could open 100-plus Lucky B's over five years.#2

Lucky B's offers dine in, takeaway and delivery options. We are looking for sites with excellent footfall starting at 1000 – 2000 sq ft in towns and cities across the UK.
