An ambitious world-wide franchise roll-out, initially focused on the UK and Europe, is underway having established 14 big-box (15,000 – 25,000 sq ft) and 2 mid-box (10,000 – 15,000 sq ft) corporate owned sites across the UK. Franchise formats will include big-box, mid-box and a scaled down small-box (5,000 - 10,000sq ft) units. A boutique format (3,000 – 5,000sq ft) is currently being developed for release in 2018.

Employing a commitment to the basics with staff that are helpful and polite, maintaining a clean and efficient operation. The gym is designed to be spacious, bright and motivating. INDUCTION45 and WORKSHOP45 focus on the less experienced users. PACK45, our proprietary developed team training program, focuses on those who wish to be part of a community and seek results.
