The Chaiiwala empire was started in 1927 in Delhi. The first Chaiiwala UK store was opened in Leicester in 2015. In 2017, the Chaiwala franchise was developed.

Chaiiwala is a cafe franchise with a difference. Instead of coffee and regular tea, Chaiiwala serves authentic Indian beverages including its signature Karnak chaii, an Indian style brewed tea, and Indian coffee. Food includes roti, all day Indian breakfast, Indian street food, desserts and traditional British food with an Indian twist, including masala chips.

Chaiiwala also caters for weddings, birthdays and other special occasions.

Chaiiwala offers something different. It takes advantage of our willingness to try something new and be more adventurous with our eating habits. It has built a brand that is as exciting, unique and diverse as the products it sells. It is helping to shift the focus from the consumption of coffee to tea, a firm British favourite but brewed the Indian way. Chaiiwala is a foodies heaven!
