Match

Match Options was established in 1999 and is an employment business and recruitment agency in the social and healthcare industry. Match Options has an ever growing demand for its services in the social and healthcare industry, due to its list of local and national contracts with prestigious clients like housing organisations, NHS, local authorities, HM Prison Service, and private establishments such as BUPA, Four Seasons Healthcare and Priory Healthcare.

Match Options provides experienced healthcare and social care workers who include doctors, qualified nurses, care support workers and care assistants.

As a Match Options franchisee you can operate in both regulated and unregulated sectors. You can focus on starting as a specialist recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff such as nurses and healthcare assistants to regulated organisations, including hospitals and care homes. You can also operate a domiciliary care business which is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

No previous care sector experience is required to be a Match Options franchisee as full training and support will be given to all franchisees.

The total cost of a Match Options franchise is around £70,000; we will require you to invest at least half of the investment of your own money.
