The award-winning estate agency Propertynest has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Paul Sheard as National Training and Business Development Manager, to support the development of the sales and lettings franchise opportunity.

Paul Sheard has over 40 years’ experience and is well known in the industry.  He has worked with and helped grow some the sector’s most recognised brands including Countrywide and EweMove.  Paul explains: “The Propertynest franchise enables agents to set up their own sales and/or lettings business initially from home.  The team have honed processes, created, integrated and deployed the most efficient lead generation and back-office tech and now with the right training and support, we can offer a genuine, tried and tested franchise opportunity.  My role will be to support new agents joining to ensure they are in the best possible position to grow their own agency rapidly.”

Managing director, and founder of Propertynest Vincent Anthony explains: “Rising costs and higher inflation are already affecting the market.  It may well become tough out there, but we know how to weather this storm because we’ve been here before.  Efficient business models with low overheads and those that can offer both sales and lettings will prevail.  Paul’s extensive experience in both buoyant and challenging market conditions means he is well placed to help steer the ship, supporting new franchisees as we invite more people to share in Propertynest’s successful model which has stood the test of time.”

For the right ambitious, hard-working candidates, Propertynest offers a low cost, efficient franchise opportunity.  Franchisees initially work from home with all the systems, training and support needed to set up their own successful sales and/or lettings agency.  Included in the operation fee is access to the major property portals, including Rightmove, so that agents can list the properties they market for their clients, saving thousands of pounds in advertising costs compared with setting up alone. Agents also benefit from being part of a national brand invested in the success of its franchisees.

Paul Sheard continues:  “What has impressed me about Propertynest is the team’s focus on growing the franchise by sharing the secrets of their success.  They have spent years finding out what works and what doesn’t and developing some incredible lead generation and back-office systems which also integrate with the best industry tech too.  The result is that agents spend less time bogged down in admin and can offer a better and more personal service to clients.  In addition, the whole business can be run from home to minimise outlay when starting up.  Being able to offer both sales and lettings also means agents have more flexible revenue generating opportunities and so can be adaptable depending on the market conditions.

“So far, we’ve seen significant interest from prospective franchisees keen to find out more.  I’m now looking forward to working with the best candidates to help them create their own successful Propertynest franchised agency.”

Propertynest is an ambitious and forward-thinking leading lettings and estate agency.  Franchise opportunities are available for experienced agents looking to make their next move throughout England.   Propertynest also welcomes applications for those without industry experience. However, they should be ambitious and hard working with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, face-to-face sales experience and always be looking to put clients’ needs first.
