Two new franchisees have just completed the final TaxAssist Accountants initial training course of 2021, rounding off a successful year of expansion for the small business tax, accounting and advisory franchise.

Shayo Badejo will be operating from Enfield and is a highly skilled finance professional with more than 15 years of experience within different sectors of small and large organisations. Shayo was introduced to TaxAssist by a friend who also runs her own successful TaxAssist franchise. Having always been keen to establish her own business, the positive feedback Shayo received was the catalyst she needed to join the franchise.

“I have always loved the accounting profession, but I realised that my passion is helping people and providing solutions to their accounting needs,” explained Shayo. “In addition, I am passionate about seeing clients’ businesses succeed. I believe that the TaxAssist model will allow me to offer each client a flexible, friendly and professional service tailored to their unique needs.

“The TaxAssist virtual training course was excellent, and I consider it the pathway to running a highly successful practice.”

Faheem Rathor started his career in practice more than 20 years ago and held senior roles in industry for much of this time. He decided the time was right to use the knowledge and experience he has built up to help businesses in his local community of Hendon to become more profitable and successful.

“I have a range of skills and business experience which I am now keen to pass on,” Faheem said. “I decided quite early on that a franchise model would be the best option to take because of the established processes, support and systems, as well as assistance along the way to build a client base.

“TaxAssist stood out as an organisation that would help me to achieve my business goals and I was keen to become part of an expanding and successful franchise with the underpinnings of one big happy family. Although I am just getting started, I’m very excited about the journey and opportunities that lie ahead.”

If you share a passion to help your local businesses, a TaxAssist franchise can provide the systems and support you need to be successful. Regular Virtual Discovery Days are being held, where you can find out more about the technical, marketing and business development support on offer.
