Pillow is looking for new Regional Property Managers to join our family. This unique opportunity allows you to build your income from home while maintaining the perfect work-life balance.

No experience is necessary as we will give you all the training, systems, procedures and knowledge you need to get started with your very own property business.

The role of a franchisee

As a pillow franchisee your role is to onboard new properties, look after guests before during and after their stay and look after the day to day upkeep of all the properties. Task vary from day to day and no two days are the same

Typical daily tasks would be - 

  • Booking enquiries
  • Guest calls 
  • Lead generation 
  • Following up leads
  • Arranging repairs 
  • Communicating with property owners
  • Admin
  • Processing Payments
  • Dealing with emergencies

Furloughed during Covid gave Naomi Turrell the time and inspiration to start looking at options for being her own boss.  She decided she wanted to use her own experience in hospitality and property management to start a business looking after people’s holiday homes.  Whilst initially planning to do it herself, the research led to Pillow Partners.
