Jane Perry, along with her husband John, have been running their Bluebird Care franchise in Edinburgh since 2008. After being made redundant for the fourth time from her job in the finance industry, Jane knew that a change of career was needed. Having had some negative experiences when looking for help for her terminally ill grandmother, Jane was passionate about making a difference in the care industry. Redundancy led to franchising
