Nicola is a commercial partner and heads up the franchise team at Stevens & Bolton.

She specialises in the commercial aspects of franchising, advising both franchisors and franchisees but with a particular focus on international expansion.

She has assisted many brands, including household names, to export their business overseas and advises on a wide range of issues including: e-commerce, data protection, agency and distribution, area development, master franchising and direct franchising.

She is a member of the American Bar Association and the firm’s representative for the British Franchise Association.
