Belvoir Wrexham wins best agent for second year!
Congratulations to Vaughan and Sally Schofield and the team at Belvoir Wrexham who scooped the title of Best Estate and Letting Agent in Wrexham at the British Property Awards for a second consecutive year.
“We are over the moon to have won this great award for a second year, and also to be awarded second place as the Best Estate & Letting Agent in the whole of Wales,” says Vaughan.
“The British Property Awards independently assess estate agents against a set of 25 criteria, which also involves mystery shopping. Agents are judged on a town-by-town basis, over a number of months to ensure continuity and stability, and to give the public an oversight of their local market.
“This year I believe over 10,000 agents were mystery shopped, with over 300 participating agents in Wales. We were delighted to win the award for best agent in Wrexham, especially as the judges highlighted the fact that we were the only agent to be placed in the top three agents for Wales for two consecutive years.
“We believe that this demonstrates a great level of performance and consistency amongst our team, and it is an award that we are extremely proud of. We are working in a crowded marketplace, and this award helps to increase public awareness that not all agents are the same, and at Belvoir Wrexham we pride ourselves on consistently providing an excellent service that represents fantastic value for money.”
