No+Vello boosts UK head office team with a new UK Franchise Development Manager

No+Vello, the world leader in hair removal and skin rejuvenation, is expanding its UK head office team by welcoming Helen Thompson into a new role as UK Franchise Development Manager.

Helen will be working closely with the UK Managing Director, Matt Simmonds, who comments: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Helen into our team at such an exciting time for No+Vello in the UK. We’ve been expanding rapidly over the last year and now have 13 centres across the country from Aberdeen to Southampton and many more in the pipeline.”

Matt continues: “Helen’s vast experience working in the UK franchise industry makes her an ideal addition to our team. We have ambitious growth plans and Helen is well placed to help us deliver these with tight management of the recruitment of new franchise owners. With Helen in place, I will be able to provide greater support to our owners as they launch their centres and on an ongoing basis, alongside our Operations and Finance Manager, Suzan Collins. I’ll also be focused on developing the brand offering in the UK.”

Helen joins No+Vello from Kyros Franchising where she was a Senior Franchise Recruitment Consultant providing recruitment support for a wide range of franchisors.

Well respected in the franchise industry, Helen was awarded her QFP (Qualified Franchise Professional) by the British Franchise Association. Helen is also the Southern Regional Co Chair for EWIF (Encouraging Women Into Franchising), which is a cross industry group that aims to attract more women to invest in a franchise and to encourage women with existing businesses to franchise them.

Commenting on her new role, Helen said: “It’s great to see a dynamic company like No+Vello investing in its UK operations and I’m looking forward being part of the drive to speed up the nationwide growth of the network. As the first point of contact for new enquiries, I’ll be at the forefront of introducing the brand and the opportunity to prospective franchise owners and working with them as they work towards opening their first No+Vello centre.”
