New receptionist joins Caremark's Head Office support team

National home care provider Caremark Ltd. welcomed a new member of staff to its Head Office Support Team this week.

Rebecca Green joined the Sussex based company as their new receptionist, responsible for meeting and greeting all staff and visitors to Caremark’s Head Office. With a foundation in health and social care, Rebecca is well placed to for her new role as the first point of contact with callers contacting the busy home care franchisor.

Commenting on her new role Rebecca said: ““I am very excited to be the newest member of Caremark Head Office and have felt very welcomed by everyone,” says Rebecca.

“This is a great opportunity for me as I’ve always wanted to work in care whether it be in an office or out in the field caring for people.
I studied health and social care and ICT at college and therefore feel these have helped towards my career path and I am really looking forward to learning more about Caremark and the care industry in general.”

Caremark provide bespoke care and support services to people of all ages, abilities and ethnicities throughout the UK via its network of franchised offices. Care and support visits are provided according to the client’s requirements as well as offering more intensive 24 hour live-in care, preventing the need for moving into residential care.
