We bought our Furniture Medic franchise (part of ServiceMaster group) in 2006 and we are delighted to report that it has been a successful investment for us. The business has run smoothly and it is the perfect compliment to our already established upholstery business.

We were very impressed with all the support given from Furniture Medic head office; this includes I.T, technical, administration. Generally, whenever we need to speak to someone they are readily available on the telephone or they respond promptly to emails. Even now, it is good to know they will help or deal with situations that arise from time to time.

The most important matter to any business is that invoices are paid on time. Servicemaster understand this and ensure that we are paid within the terms and conditions of the invoice. This provides us with the comfort and security of always knowing our financial situation.
