All Accelerator franchisees benefit from a top class 1 week residential training course to learn all you need to know about business development, motivation, customer relationship management and more. The training is run by professional trainers and thereafter it is practically managed by our team of IT professionals, who provide excellent knowledge and support including full product training.
Launch of your Accelerator franchise
During the comprehensive training we work with you to plan and implement a bespoke marketing plan for you which will begin generating brand awareness. We will plan the entire initial advertising launch and even work with you in the field to acquire your first customers.
On-going support
Once you are up and running it is important to understand that you are not alone and you have the benefit of our continued support.
All customer billing and technical advice is centralised at the Accelerator head office in Winchester, Hampshire. Therefore this allows you the franchisee to concentrate on customers and building your business portfolio.
After you initial training week you will have a Franchise Development Manager visit you in your area to help you get started with your first few meetings. You will also return to the training academy at 30, 60 and 90 days after your initial week to review your development and iron out any serious issues before it's too late.
