Within the UK there are 4 annual BFA accredited Franchise Exhibitions.

Dates and venues are usually advertised in franchise publications well before the events. You may also apply directly to the organisers for exhibition details and entrance tickets.

A wide selection of franchisors exhibit at these promoting their opportunities. They normally set up their stand to give you a flavour of what their business is like in situ. You will have an opportunity to meet the franchisors team and may in some cases get to meet some of their franchisees.

If you are seriously considering franchising, it is highly advisable that you visit at least one if not more exhibitions. At the exhibitions you will be able to attend free franchise seminars run by the British Franchise Association, purchase franchise directories and receive free copies of some franchise magazines.
